What materials are SUSAN BIJL products made of?
Our products are primarily made from high-quality, 100% recycled ripstop nylon. This material is lightweight, water-repellent, and extremely durable, reducing the environmental impact of each bag.
How should I clean my SUSAN BIJL bag?
Most of our products can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. We recommend using a laundry bag and avoiding the tumble dryer to preserve the Bluesign® certified coating.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Rotterdam.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
